11c.1 of this Act; If any seeds are subjected to caste test, quality test, import, export, production, processing, transportation, storage and sale and distribution of any seeds, such seeds may be confiscated by the seed inspector. 11c.2 Other procedures related to confiscation of seeds shall be as prescribed.
